I ran last night (instead of the morning) as the sun was setting on the beach and it was absolutely gorgeous.
It was awesome, the beach breeze was blowing in my face as I was running giving me a wonderful breath of salty air…I felt like I could run forever!!!
I ran about 31:00 minutes and would say at least 3 miles…my best run to date.
I can’t wait to go tonight

thats alright. you were at the beach, the resistance of the sand (but wait were you running on the sand?) there really is nothing like running together meeting the sunset at the beach
